Wyoming is a tiny village of 400 people in western New York's farm country, about 40 miles from Buffalo via I-90 and Route 78. Route 19 runs through town connecting to Warsaw and other regional centers. The area sits on rolling hills around 1,400 feet elevation with limited services for travelers. The village lies along the old Genesee Valley Canal route that once linked the Erie Canal to Pennsylvania's river system.
