Wyoming is a Grand Rapids suburb in west Michigan with easy highway access via US-131 and I-196. The city of 77,000 sits about 15 minutes from Gerald R. Ford International Airport. Major routes include 28th Street for east-west travel and 44th Street for local connections. Despite its western name, Wyoming was actually named after Pennsylvania's Wyoming Valley by homesick settlers.
