Wright City is a small Missouri town of about 5,200 people located 45 miles west of St. Louis on Interstate 70. It's mainly known as a convenient highway stop and bedroom community for St. Louis area workers. The town sits at the intersection of I-70 and Highway 47, with most traffic coming from the St. Louis metro area or cross-country travelers. The red brick city hall doubles as the police station and municipal court.
