Worthington is a small Greene County town of 1,400 people in southwestern Indiana, connected primarily by State Road 67 running north to Bloomington (25 miles) and south toward Vincennes. Most visitors arrive via I-69 to SR 54 west, or directly from Bloomington on SR 67. The town sits in the White River valley with rolling hills typical of the region. Its historic covered bridge over the White River remains one of the few 19th-century covered bridges still open to vehicle traffic in the county.
