Woodside is a small mountain town in San Mateo County, about 30 miles south of San Francisco via I-280 and Highway 84. The main route through town is Highway 84 (Woodside Road), which connects the Peninsula to Half Moon Bay and serves as the primary access road. Highway 35 (Skyline Boulevard) runs along the ridge above town. Roberts Market, a century-old general store, remains the heart of this 5,000-person community.
