Woodman is a tiny farming village of 224 people in Grant County, reached via Highway 133 and rural roads from Prairie du Chien or Wisconsin Dells. It sits in Wisconsin's scenic river valley country, surrounded by rolling agricultural land. The village was named after an old sawmill that processed local hardwood timber.
