Winston is a tiny farming community in north-central Missouri, about an hour northeast of Kansas City via I-35 and US-36. With under 200 residents, it sits in rolling Daviess County farmland where corn and soybean fields stretch to the horizon. Most visitors arrive from Cameron on US-36, then head north on county roads. The town's claim to fame is its location along the old Hannibal and St. Joseph Railroad route that helped open the American West.
