Winslow is a farming community of 338 people in northwestern Illinois, reached via Route 73 from Freeport about 12 miles southeast. Longer trips use US Route 20 and Interstate 39 to the east. The town sits in rolling agricultural country with a continental climate of cold winters and humid summers.
