Winslow is a small Arkansas hill town of 291 people in Washington County, connected to the region by Highway 74. The highway runs north to Interstate 40 and northeast to Fayetteville about 25 miles away, where most residents commute for work. The community still operates a volunteer fire department with a working 1950s fire truck.
