Winona is a small central Mississippi town along Highway 51, about 25 miles west of Interstate 55. The main routes include Highway 51 north-south through town and Highway 35 running east-west to neighboring communities. Highway 407 connects southeast to the scenic Natchez Trace Parkway. The restored 1920s railroad depot now serves as the town's museum, showcasing artifacts from the Illinois Central Railroad era.
