Winneconne is a small Wisconsin city along the Wolf River, about 15 miles southwest of Oshkosh. Highway 10 runs east-west through town, connecting to Appleton and Stevens Point, while Highway 116 links south to I-41. The town famously "seceded" from Wisconsin in 1967 after being left off the state highway map.
