Windsor is a small borough in York County, about 15 miles southeast of York city. Most people get there via US Route 30, the main road connecting Lancaster and York, or PA Route 24 from the north. It's rural farming country near the Maryland line with about 1,300 residents. The town sits along the historic Lincoln Highway, America's first coast-to-coast auto route from 1913.
