Wilmore is a small Pennsylvania borough in Cambria County, about 15 miles southeast of Johnstown via US Route 219. This former coal mining community of around 400 residents sits in the Appalachian foothills with access from the Pennsylvania Turnpike and local routes like State Route 869. The concrete foundation of the old mine tipple still stands as a landmark from its industrial past.
