Wilmar is a small Drew County community of about 500 people in southeastern Arkansas's farm country. Take US Highway 425 through Pine Bluff from Little Rock (about 90 miles total), or drive north from Monroe, Louisiana via US 165 to US 425. The town sits along the old Cotton Belt Railroad route, which shaped its distinctive linear layout.
