White Settlement is a small city just west of Fort Worth, easily reached via Interstate 30 or Highway 183. Located near several airports including Fort Worth Meacham, it serves as a convenient stop for travelers crossing North Texas. The city got its distinctive name in the 1840s when it was established as one of the area's first Anglo settlements.
