White Rock is a tiny farming community of twelve people in northeastern South Dakota, right near the Minnesota border. You'll reach it via rural county roads from Sisseton (15 miles southwest) or by taking I-29 north from Sioux Falls for about 180 miles. The rolling prairie location offers classic Great Plains scenery. Despite its size, White Rock maintains its own post office, making it one of America's smallest communities with federal postal service.
