White Cloud is a small Michigan city of 1,300 people in Newaygo County, about 45 miles north of Grand Rapids via US-131 and M-37. The town sits along the White River amid rolling farmland, with M-20 providing east-west access to Lake Michigan communities. Most visitors arrive from Grand Rapids, while locals use M-37 for trips to Newaygo. The old railroad depot downtown now houses a museum with vintage passenger cars.
