Westover is a small West Virginia city just across the Monongahela River from Morgantown, accessible via US Route 19 and State Route 7. Most visitors arrive by taking I-79 to Morgantown, then crossing one of several bridges into Westover. The Morgantown Municipal Airport is only a few miles away. The city's most prominent landmark is the massive Westover Army National Guard facility, one of the state's largest military installations.
