This residential area sits in Missouri's rolling hills with hot summers and mild winters. Most traffic uses Highway 94 for commuting to St. Charles or continuing east to St. Louis, while Highway 40 provides southern access. The nearby Weldon Spring Conservation Area still contains concrete foundations from a World War II ordnance plant.
