Webb City is a small Missouri town just northeast of Joplin, easily reached via Interstate 44 at Exit 18. The former mining community sits in Jasper County's rolling Ozark terrain, with Highway 171 connecting it to Joplin and US Highway 71 providing north-south access. Most visitors come from Springfield (70 miles east) or the Kansas-Oklahoma border region. The town features King Jack Park with an original 1930s WPA stone pavilion.
