Weaver is a small Alabama city in the Appalachian foothills, about 10 miles northeast of Anniston via I-20 Exit 185. Highway 21 leads right into town, while Highway 431 provides north-south access through the area. It's an hour from Birmingham and 90 minutes from Atlanta, making it popular for weekend getaways. The town hosts an annual Sorghum Festival each October featuring traditional syrup-making demonstrations.
