Wausaukee is a small Wisconsin town of 531 people in Marinette County, about 45 miles northwest of Green Bay via Highway 141. The drive from Milwaukee takes about two hours through Green Bay, while visitors from the Twin Cities can reach it via Highway 8 west to Highway 141. The town sits along the Peshtigo River and is home to one of Wisconsin's few remaining covered bridges spanning the water.
