Watervliet is a small city in southwestern Michigan's fruit-growing region, about 90 minutes from Chicago via I-94 (take Exit 39). The town sits along US-140 and Red Arrow Highway, making it a convenient stop for wine country visitors. The restored 1920s Watervliet Cinema downtown still shows movies in its original Art Deco interior.
