Waterloo is a farming community in Jefferson County, 45 miles east of Madison via Highway 19 and I-94. The town of 3,600 sits among corn and soybean fields, with the Crawfish River nearby. Highway 19 connects east-west while Highway 89 runs north-south to Lake Mills and Fort Atkinson.
