Warren is a small farming town in northwestern Illinois, about 30 miles southeast of Galena via US Route 20. This quiet community of 1,400 sits in the rolling hills near the Wisconsin border, surrounded by corn and soybean fields. State Route 78 connects it north-south to Mount Carroll, while Route 20 provides the main east-west link to Galena and Freeport. The town's 1904 brick schoolhouse still serves local students today.
