Walls is a small Mississippi town of about 1,400 people, located 20 miles south of Memphis near the Tennessee border. Highway 61 runs right through town, connecting north to Memphis and south into rural Mississippi, while I-55 provides the main long-distance route just to the east. The DeSoto County Museum operates in a restored 1920s schoolhouse, showcasing the area's farming history.
