Wales is a tiny North Dakota town near the Canadian border with just two residents, making it one of America's smallest incorporated places. Reach it via US Highway 5 from Devils Lake or state highways from Grand Forks, about 60 miles southeast. The community still operates one of North Dakota's smallest post offices.
