Walbridge is a small Ohio village of about 3,000 people located 15 miles southeast of Toledo along the Maumee River. Interstate 280 provides the main access, connecting to I-75 for longer trips to Detroit or Cincinnati. State Route 795 runs through town, linking to nearby Northwood and other Wood County communities. The village features one of Ohio's last working railroad drawbridges that still opens for river traffic on the Maumee.
