Waite Park is a small city next to Saint Cloud in central Minnesota, right where I-94 and Highway 15 meet. Most people drive in on I-94 from the Twin Cities (65 miles southeast) or use Highway 15 for local trips around Stearns County. Saint Cloud Regional Airport is about 8 miles east via Highway 23. The city's claim to fame is Quarry Park, where 20 old granite quarries filled with water create swimming holes up to 100 feet deep.
