Wahoo is a small Nebraska city about 35 miles west of Omaha on US Highway 77, the main north-south route through eastern Nebraska. Most visitors drive from Omaha or Lincoln, passing through rolling farmland and agricultural communities. The town is best known as the birthplace of baseball Hall of Famer Sam Crawford, who holds the all-time record for career triples.
