Wadena is a small city in central Minnesota's lake country, sitting at the crossroads of Highways 71 and 10. It's about 40 miles north of Brainerd and serves as Wadena County's seat. The area offers typical Minnesota outdoor recreation with nearby lakes, forests, and the Leaf Hills. The town has EV charging stations and makes a good base for exploring the region's lakes and parks. Its 1930s Art Deco courthouse downtown is considered one of Minnesota's finest examples of the architectural style.
