Vintondale is a small Pennsylvania borough in Cambria County, about 15 miles northeast of Johnstown and 60 miles east of Pittsburgh via US Route 22. This former coal mining town of 390 residents sits in the Appalachian foothills, accessible from US Route 56 or Route 403. The community maintains one of the state's smallest post offices in a building dating to the early 1900s coal boom era.
