Valley Falls is a small Kansas town of 1,400 people located 35 miles northeast of Topeka along the Delaware River. Take US-24 west from Kansas City to K-16 north, or US-24 east from Topeka to the same junction. The town got its name from a small waterfall created by an old mill dam that you can still see from the Main Street bridge.
