Utica is a small Clark County town of about 1,000 people near Indiana's border with Kentucky. Take I-65 to Exit 0 at Jeffersonville, then follow State Road 62 west for 8 miles through rolling countryside. The drive from Louisville takes about 30 minutes. The town sits in southern Indiana's transition zone between river lowlands and interior plains, with the historic Utica Covered Bridge from 1876 still spanning Silver Creek.
