Urbana is a small county seat in west-central Ohio, about 45 miles from Columbus and 35 miles from Dayton. US Route 68 runs north-south through town, while State Route 29 crosses east-west. Most visitors reach Urbana via US 68 from Interstate 70 near Springfield. The 1894 Romanesque courthouse with its 125-foot clock tower anchors the historic town square.
