Union City is a small farming town of about 1,700 people in Canadian County, 30 miles west of Oklahoma City via US Highway 81. Take I-40 to Exit 125, then head south on US-81 for 8 miles. The town sits in rolling prairie country where wheat and cattle operations dominate the landscape. Union City hosts an annual Corn Festival each September that's been running since 1979.
