Ucon is a farming town of 1,600 people in southeastern Idaho, 15 miles north of Idaho Falls on US-20. It connects easily to I-15 (10 miles east) and serves as a quiet stop for travelers heading to Yellowstone. The community still maintains a historic one-room schoolhouse from 1905.
