Tyronza is a small farming town in northeastern Arkansas's delta region, accessible via Highway 140 from Interstate 55 near Memphis or Highway 1 from Little Rock. The town is historically significant as the birthplace of the Southern Tenant Farmers Union, founded in 1934 in a schoolhouse that still stands today.
