Tremont is a small Pennsylvania borough in Schuylkill County's coal country, reached primarily via Route 125 from Interstate 81 near Pine Grove. The town sits in a valley surrounded by forested hills typical of the Appalachian region. Route 209 provides east-west access to Pottsville and neighboring communities. Tremont hosts the annual Good Old Days festival each summer along Donaldson Street downtown.
