Tracy is a small farming town in northwest Missouri's Platte County, about 30 miles north of Kansas City. Take I-29 north to Exit 20, then Highway 92 east for eight miles to reach this community of 300 residents. The area features rolling agricultural land with corn and soybean fields between wooded creek bottoms. Kansas City International Airport sits 25 miles southeast. The town's post office, operating since 1887 from its original Highway 92 location, remains the community's main gathering spot.
