Toulon is a farming town of about 1,500 people in rural Stark County, roughly 100 miles southwest of Chicago. Take I-80 west to Route 40, then north on Route 91 for the most direct access. The historic water tower with "TOULON" painted in large letters serves as a landmark visible for miles across the surrounding prairie.
