Tolley is a farming community of 35 people in north-central North Dakota, about 25 miles southwest of Minot via US Highway 83 and County Road 9. Most visitors arrive from Minot for local business or continue from Bismarck on the 90-mile drive north on US 83. The town sits among rolling wheat fields with a classic grain elevator that's visible for miles across the prairie.
