Toledo is a small farming town in south-central Illinois, about 30 miles southeast of Effingham. Take I-70 to Exit 119, then follow Route 121 south through cornfields to reach the center of town. Route 49 runs north-south through Toledo, connecting to neighboring communities. The nearest EV charging is in Effingham. The town's restored 1904 wooden grain elevator still towers over the railroad tracks.
