Timberlane is a small farming community in northern Illinois, about 90 minutes from Chicago via I-90. Take Exit 1 to US-20 and head north three miles to reach this city of 1,300 residents. The area features rolling farmland and experiences typical Midwest weather with snowy winters and humid summers. Chicago Rockford International Airport is 15 miles southeast. The town still has working farms within city limits and hosts an annual Corn Festival each September.
