Tigerton is a small Wisconsin town of 762 people in Shawano County, reached via State Highway 22 and US Highway 45. The area features rolling farmland and forests typical of central Wisconsin. Most visitors arrive from Green Bay (60 miles) or use Highway 29 from larger cities. The town's historic covered bridge over the Embarrass River is one of Wisconsin's few remaining examples.
