Telford is a small borough in northern Bucks County, about 30 miles north of Philadelphia via the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 113. The town sits on rolling hills with a humid continental climate. Route 113 runs right through the center, connecting to Route 309 and other local roads that link nearby Souderton and Lansdale. Norfolk Southern freight trains still roll through downtown several times a day, following the same tracks that helped establish this railroad community in the 1850s.
