Tabor is a small farming town of 369 people in southeastern South Dakota's Bon Homme County. Highway 50 runs east-west through town, connecting to Yankton 25 miles east and continuing toward Interstate 29. The area features rolling prairie typical of the northern Great Plains. The town celebrates its Czech heritage with an annual Czech Days festival featuring traditional Bohemian culture.
