Sunset is a small Davis County city in northern Utah, about 35 miles north of Salt Lake City via Interstate 15. Take Exit 335 (Antelope Drive) to reach the city center. The town sits between the Wasatch Mountains and Great Salt Lake at 4,300 feet elevation, creating dramatic sunset views over the lake that gave the city its name. Hill Air Force Base lies just northeast, making this area popular with military families and defense contractors.
