Stow is a Summit County suburb sitting between Akron and Cleveland along the I-271 corridor. The city connects easily via I-271 north to Cleveland (25 miles) and SR-8 south to Akron (10 miles), with SR-59 running east-west through town. Daily commuters use Graham Road and Darrow Road as interstate alternatives. The annual Stow Corn Festival at Silver Springs Park draws over 40,000 visitors each August for its famous sweet corn eating contest.
