Stonecrest is a young city in eastern DeKalb County, incorporated in 2017 from previously unincorporated areas. Located about 20 miles southeast of Atlanta, it's easily reached via I-20 (Exit 75 at Panola Road) or State Route 155. The community centers around the Mall at Stonecrest, which opened in 2001 and remains DeKalb County's largest enclosed shopping mall at over 1.2 million square feet.
